Processing Time
Orders are processed within one business day of being placed.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via PostNL International Priority, a fully tracked international delivery service.
Transit Time
Estimated transit time is approximately 6 to 11 business days.
Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is approximately 7 to 12 business days.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on orders over $50. A flat shipping fee of $8.88 applies to orders below $50.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 40 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, unless the return is due to a verified defect or production issue.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered for all approved and eligible returns.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges, shipping is covered both ways. Exchange instructions will be provided once the request has been reviewed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Where possible, include a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. Approved replacements will be shipped without delay.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If a shipment is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should initiate a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible.
Post Delivery Handling
Romy Mae is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, or storage after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
