Shipping policy
At Romy Mae, we prioritize efficient order processing and dependable international delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed:
- An order confirmation email is issued immediately upon checkout
- Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM local time are generally processed the same day
- Orders placed after this cutoff are processed on the following business day
Orders are processed and dispatched seven (7) days per week. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly; however, we make every effort to minimize delays.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via PostNL International Priority, a fully tracked international delivery service.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Transit Time: Approximately 6–11 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Approximately 7–12 business days, including order processing and transit
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier operations.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- A flat shipping fee of $8.88 applies to orders under $50
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent. Customers may use this information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
Responsibility After Dispatch
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and operational conditions.
Romy Mae is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or damages occurring after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
- Customers are encouraged to first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information
- Claims may be submitted directly through the carrier’s claims process
Romy Mae will assist where reasonably possible and review such cases on a discretionary basis.
Customs and International Deliveries
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or delays beyond our control. Romy Mae is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by destination countries.
